Figen never missed an appointment and always returned our calls on time. Because this was our first home we weren't sure what we wanted so we had a lot of houses on our list she went over all the house and educated us on what's and how's of every house on our list. We were in a rush to get into our new home since our contract was almost over and she made phone calls to lawyer and banks to rush our closing as result we were in our new home on time with a perfect mortgage that fit our budget thanks to her negotiation.
